We stayed one night for a wedding. I booked an oceanfront room. We were put in a room where you could barely see the ocean because it was low floor and set way back on a roof behind the pool area. Also we saw some bugs in the room when getting ready to check out. The stay was just ok. Thanks.

The property is probably fine. But I had to divert from coming to Myrtle and Expedia wouldn’t let me cancel, so I had to eat the cash for a room I never saw. Great resort, but disappointed that I could recoup nothing based on cancelling from necessity within an hour of booking. Live and learn.

It was good the room looked beautiful and had a great view the check in failed to let us know the $100 fee added he just said it’s in case of damages and will be refunded. Somethings I wish I knew before booking , this hotel is a ways from the strip , however the pools especially the lazy river over looking the ocean is one of the best views. I was told upon check in that there would be complementary breakfast, but upon asking the front desk the next morning I was told otherwise and the double tree stated they couldn’t accommodate what I was previously told. Which was frustrating overall because I made no error they did. Overall the stay was comfortable but I won’t be returning . Service is everything for me .
