Awesome hotel! 1br condo was very comfy and satisfied all our needs! Felt like home away from home! The balcony view of the ocean was definitely a plus! Will definitely visit and stay here again!

Hit or miss hot water

Location and all was fine. Hot water availability was hit or miss. They did send a maintenance person up and he got it going, but too late to shower before checkout. Tech said it was a common issue with low occupancy. Known problem, why not fix it?

They advertised online on Expedia the indoor pool would be closed Jan 6th 2025 through Jan 17th 25 so I reserved a 2 bedroom suite for my family. Once checked in they tell us the pool is closed and we could go to another hotels pool 4 to 5 blocks away if we wanted to enjoy an indoor pool? it was 38 degrees outside! So then after the resort failed to change the advertising to reflect the indoor pools were still closed and didn’t offer any consideration for their wrongful advertising! Because THERE ARE MANY MORE PLACES WITH OPEN INDOOR POOLS I WOULD HAVE RATHER STAYED AT SO MY KIDS COULD HAVE ENJOYED THE INDOOR POOL! I asked could our family take advantage of a late checkout Sunday and I was told SORRY we allow 10 people only to have late checkout and 10 other people have already asked. So I just want to make sure that before anyone else spends their money and reserves a room here? MAKE SURE YOU CALL TO CONFIRM THEIR INDOOR POOLS AND SPA AREA IS OPEN FOR CUSTOMERS! Because the resort is obviously listing wrong dates online internationally! The GM Knows his pool wasn’t opening back up on the 17th and honestly 7 days after I checked out the Expedia website advert. Was still falsely claiming that it was closed only from 6th through the 17th of JAN 25 ? Shame on you! It’s not cheap to stay here and when your kids are expecting to play in a heated indoor pool AT LEAST BE HONEST!!!! DO BETTER PEOPLE! Sending kids to go outside and wet from swimming offsite in 38 degrees?NO THANKS

Great place and staff.

I recently stayed at this fantastic hotel, and I can't say enough good things about it. The staff were absolutely amazing, always going above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. The view from my room was breathtaking, making each morning a delight. Plus, the hotel room itself wasclean and comfortable. It was truly a wonderful experience, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay.

More pros than cons

Pros: 1. Bigger room than usual hotel. 2. Great view from oceanfront balcony. 3. Comfortable bed. 4. Very nice pillows on bed. 5. Convenient location. 6. Full kitchen is great. 7. Front desk people were friendly. Cons: 1. Paid $50 extra fee total for 3 days, for which we received no extra value. 2. Parking garage is quite remote. Was a cold, rainy walk (yes, valet is available). 3. No luggage carriers available to help to and from the room. 4. Biggest issue was the tub. Hard to get in and out of to take a shower. Could be a big problem for some people. We managed. Overall, we would stay here again if we were in Myrtle Beach.

Nice views.

Beautiful one bedroom apartment. Side view of the ocean. Parking is behind the mini golf. Half block in back. Would recommend this place.
