Loved everything except timeshare pitch we didn’t sign up for. We paid top dollar on Expedia for this hotel. While it is so so nice, being bothered to sign up for a sale pitch when you check in is a real turn off.

Beautiful resort very quite and friendly staff Ithe only suggestion I have I wish in the shower their were shower mat option because if you use a lot of soap it does get slippery and a hazard for slip and fall I enjoyed my stay decided to become an owner

I liked how sound proof the rooms was we didn’t hear anything outside unless the balcony door was open. I also loved how fully furnished it was having dishes and a dishwasher and a wash machine and dryer.

I paid for an ocean front room a long while ago. What we got was a slither of water view, mostly looking at the parking lot of a restaurant next door. At check in, I was told we were getting an upgrade which turned out to be a second bedroom unit that we did not need. Its a 6 story property and we were dumped in a corner room on the first floor. Even though it was only a one night stay that slight of hand deserves a full refund.

Brand new this year. Very nice hotel. We were on the 2nd floor overlooking pool and ocean. Great view except the pool music was loud till 10 or 11pm. Book a higher floor to avoid or a room not on the pool side. We are seniors and in the basic room the toilets were very short. Great for families with little one but difficult for my 70 year old knees. Up grade or book handicap accessible. We had great customer service for our 3 night stay except for the bar tender at the pool bar. Only one bartender was rude. Others were excellent. Other than the few minor complaints this is a great location, good beach, great customer service. We will stay every time we go to Myrtle Beach if rooms are available.

This hotel is quite fabulous! Clean and lovely and the pool area is a spectacular design. The bar is located nicely by the pool. Everyone was kind The only issue is registration parking. We kept circling the front of building as did many other cars...trying to figure out where to park to register. We finally pulled in where it said shuttle parking and I went inside to register. While I was inside, my family was chastised by an employee for being parked in the wrong place. The actual registration parking is in the parking garage. No sign tells you this ...it is well hidden. They need to place some sign out front...several people were talking about this issue Don't let it keep you from staying here...it's lovely. Just be aware

This hotel exceded my expectations!! We booked the signature suite with 2 bedrooms. Everything was so nice and well stocked with most things you would need. They supply you with paper towels, toilet paper, a mini dish soap, only a small amount of s&p, no cooking oil but plenty of pots, pans, utensils, even a toaster and blender. They give you only a few trash bags but will happily give you more. The bathrooms had plenty of soap, lotion, body wash, shampoo, conditioner. As far as towels (including pool ones) you do need to wash & dry them yourself with washer/dryer units in the room (they provide enough detergent for 3 loads of laundry). Also important to note - housekeeping will do one complimentary cleaning if requested. The pool was perfect - not too cold, not too warm. It was never overly crowded. It did close at 10 pm which is too early imo. The splash pad was OK. I didn’t see many kids hang around there (mine included). The bar was OK, kind of hit and miss with the drinks. The food we ordered was mostly pretty good. They rent out beach chairs for free!! The beach was a super easy walk from the pool & never saw it crowded in the area by this hotel. The self parking garage is so nice because you can park close to the elevator that goes up to your room (don’t even need to go through the lobby)!! They have several elevators and only 6 floors so we never had to wait for the elevator. Overall I loved it here & would stay here again!!
