This place was such a disappointment. Expedia had it at like a 7.8 so i was like ok lets try it well swing and a miss. Room was a mess had used lotion bottles with dried lotin on the caps soap was jammed down our bathroom sink. Hair was in our tub stove was rusted out trash on the balcony. They didnt clean our room at all it seems like from when the last people used it.. i wouldnt recommend this place at all very disgusting. Parking is nightmare 4 different areas to park all being 100 yards away from the hotel some of the parking was 2 streets over. We arrived friday night and the dude at the front desk was a D-Bag completely unfriendly and unwelcoming.

Property was somewhat outdated but overall was pretty clean and for the price was great. Very basic but worked for our needs exactly! We only were there for 2 nights. All staff was very kind a d accommodating.

Hotel was older . Parking is not good and being disabled they allowed cars without disabled plate or placards park in handicapped parking . Had to walk a long way to get to our room on Saturday night in frigid weather. When ask to attend to this the young lady was very rude and said you need to park across the street . Other then that it was what you expect for the money . Hotel was clean, hot tubs , pool area was pretty good overall. A decent winter stay visit, day time staff very helpful.

Good Enough

Good enough for what we needed. My son and I were traveling to visit a few prospective colleges in the area so we didn’t need anything fancy but did want to enjoy ourselves. The area was sketchy but I will say, everyone we came in contact with was very nice. The room itself wasn’t very clean, aside from the bedding. There were handprints all over the windows, something splashed on the mirror, and clumps of hair on the bathroom floor. The door to our room needed to be slammed in order to latch shut. The pool area wasn’t exactly welcoming. The whole place is in desperate need of an upgrade. The pictures made the place seem much nicer than it was in person. Then again, for the price I suppose we got what we paid for. On the plus side, the staff was super friendly. Wouldn’t recommend or stay here again though.

Do not recommend

Everything in the hotel hallways is dingy, dirty, busted up baseboards and worn out carpet. The hot tub was full of sand, which was unpleasant to sit on. There were only two VERY flat pillows on each bed, and one mattress had a huge dent on one side from body compression over time, I tried to show that in the second picture. The floor in the room was sticky, though it looked clean to the eye, it was gross to walk on barefoot. There was also no chain or bar lock on our door from the inside so it didn't feel safe. The sink in the bathroom didn't drain regulally so it filled up with water and drained very slow. Front desk people were nice though, but the place is just run down and overpriced. We actually left after the first night of our 3 night stay. There are just too many other choices on Myrtle beach that are cleaner, safer, more comfortable and with better amenities than this place.

And while standing there, heard people had to do their laundry in 2 different buildings. Wash in one & Dry in the other & $2.00 in quarters for each! Not good at all!

Horrible Experience

Our room was nasty. Our refrigerator was rusty and our room was no clean. Also there was no on site parking. There was a washer but no dryer and the elevators were disgusting and the laundry room had garbage spilling out of it onto the hallway. The last thing is the TV did not work and get lagging or freezing.

Beautiful view

We stayed two days here on a 9 day trip over the New Years holiday. We stayed NYE. Check in was easy and fast. The staff were super nice and informative. The location was really convenient as it was just far enough away from the boardwalk to not be crowded yet close enough to walk to. The beach is legit right behind the resort with great access. Our room was on the 5th floor with ocean view. Sitting on the balcony we were able to enjoy the ocean views and people watch. The room was nice, clean and was more updated than I thought it would be. The bathroom could have some work done to it as the vent was filled with dust like particles which blocked it completely. The toilet was loose and low to the ground. I did love the fact it had a jacuzzi tub. The elevator doors on the main floor were quite rusty but I’m assuming that is from storm flooding and salt in the air from the ocean. The pool area wasn’t too bad. It was big and added plus is the lazy river. It was pretty interesting how they can have it either indoor or outdoor with the covers over the outdoor arches. The night time around there is pretty sketchy however. Overall this is a great place to stay and I’d stay again but with more time to enjoy.

Don't do it!!!

The room i saw on line and the room i got were 2 different rooms. There was a lot of hair in the tub. The bed was so small when i rolled over, i rolled out of it on the floor. The door was not secure, you had to keep slamming it before it would catch and lock. It was overall a horrible stay. We left the next morning and went to another place.
