Sure we went in the winter time and yeah, Water part was close, of course it would be. When we arrived in the room the unit was not well-maintained. There was a door knob that came off in the bedroom door separating from the kitchen. The toilets are directly in front of the kitchen stove. One bathroom did not work. The toilet had no water in the tank to flush, putting the out of commission, and the remote did not work to the TV on one of them. There was not enough linen in the room other than that the pool area was ok, the attendant that was there was friendly.

A Descent place to Stay
The place is outdated and in need of Repair, the Staff was Great. The Room was very comfy and Ocean front was a Fantastic View of the ocean.

Wasn't quite expecting to pay over $100 extra on administrative fees while booking hotel but then getting to the hotel had to pay additional $12 per day to park vehicle and then on top of that another extra $40 just to have like a type of security deposit a one-time fee or they were going to charge $200 which then you would supposedly get back and park in a parking garage across the street and I did not read anything anywhere when I was booking the hotel room that the waterslides are only open Thursday thru Saturday

The indoor pools were closed and the hotel staff did not inform me of this when they decided to charged me $ for early check in to use these pools and $for parking !! Never got to use any pools ended up going to another hotel to swim. This hotel was loud at night with teenagers running the floors until 2am
