Great Spot
Suited us Seniors just fine. Great spot. The tenant and his dog above us made a great deal of noise when he was home. Before sunup and night. He must have put his hard sole shoes on as soon as he got up. At first we thought they must have been doing upgrades but that was not it.

Not what we expected!!!
As an older couple we thought we were getting a walk in shower but we got a tub instead. We were supposed to have a 2 bathroom and the half bathroom was stopped up so we did not have that. We were not pleased with the sunk in squeaky mattress either. We feel we were duped with this condo. We have much better at our home. The pictures we saw were nothing like what we got !! Bed was old & the couch very uncomfortable to sleep on. It need new bed & couch. Small toilet bowl wont plush unless you hold it down. The plates was not wash. They were cheese on the three plates.

Great location! Public beach access was about 1/2 mile. Nice to be located on a golf course. Pools were convenient adjacent to the condo. Unit was reasonbly clean, however it needs furniture updates all around.

Nice Stay at a Nice Little Condo
My husband and I enjoyed a four night stay in this one bedroom unit over the Thanksgiving holiday. It was perfect for two people for a short stay. We appreciated the extra half bath for additional grooming space. We had a minor problem with the cable service, but it was quickly rectified by the owner. I would also suggest an owner’s guide or instruction sheet for the coffee maker. I had to Google an owner’s manual to figure out the Keurig type side of the dual function coffee maker. We really enjoyed the view of the beautiful golf course. It was too wet and cool to enjoy the nice little porch but it would be a lovely spot during the warmer months. We highly recommend this lovely unit for 2-3 people.
