Spend the day playing on the beach then return to dine at one of Prince Resort's 2 restaurants. Housekeeping is available on request.

I spoke with the hotel they said: Oh no. We have looked over your reservation and it seems you've booked through Expedia which is an 3rd party. As we do understand your frustrations of these unforeseen circumstances, any discrepancies you have had in regards to your stay, you would have to contact Expedia for further assistance. Hotel and condo was very clean. Hotel was on the ocean and had beautiful views! Only a few steps and you were on the pier. Very convenient if you like to fish or just want to walk it. The down side of the hotel is elevators are very slow and you have to park across the street. Restaurant on site had very limited items on there breakfast buffet.

Check in and unload to your room.
It took almost an hour after arriving to find a cart to be able to unload our things to be able to take them to our room and we arrived late and no wait to check in. No one helped us to find a cart. I was very disappointed.

Horrible experience.
We arrived and parking to check in was minimal. We were able to briefly check in and out building was across the road. We loaded our items and noticed the elevators had numerous people waiting. There was only one elevator working of 3 in the building (very large building). We waiting 45 minutes and were unable to get an elevator to go to the 10th floor with a large amount of items. The hotel stated I would be issued a refund after I left and booked elsewhere. I am still waiting on a refund 4 days later. I would not recommend this hotel.

Great views of the ocean and beach. Tons of space! They seemed a bit under staffed, the elevators were sometimes so very slow, and the wifi didn’t work our whole stay but other than that it was a great location on Cherry Grove Pier in the North Myrtle area and the apartment was very clean and well stocked.
