The condition of the elevator was terrible everything and everywhere was rusty. My room had a lot of roaches. There was socks from previous guest in drawers. Room smelled funny had to buy air freshener. Only thing that was awesome was the view of the ocean.

The place was dirty! There was trash including a dirty used QTip left in the hall wall for 2 days. There was a smell coming from in guess, was the pool that seemed to be under repair. We never saw a housekeeper. And the furniture needed repair.

Better Cleaning!
The room needs updating such as new paint, new furnitures, if no carpet, need rugs. Someone needs to mop and sweep the floor. The hallways to the rooms need new carpet. ESPECIALLY THE ELEVATORS NEED TO BE WIPE...it was disgusting! There were signs that stated (No WEED) but we spotted a few people smoking weed. We killed a huge coach near the 2 hot tubs outside. Overall, the hotel needs a good coat of painthh

It was dirty and outdated nothing like the pictures there was brown spots all over the wall not sure what it was Air conditioner was leaking on the balcony there was green mold also along with the water Definitely not worth $298 The best part of it was sitting outside and going to the beach Dont go to this Hotel is all i can say!!

Not a place I will ever go back to. The guests were out of control and the staff were afraid to stop the actions. Fireworks were being set off in the courtyard (not on the beach which was fine) and were extremely close to the balconies. When I complained, I was told there was nothing they could do. It's shame as I was there years ago and it was much nicer.
