Performance of the whole staff was excellent. Friendly and respectful . Just the parking was a little awkward because if you already pay for the hotel services than most hotels included parking. I made acceptance .The rest perfect.

I loved the property. They had happy hour specials & a decent variety of sports on tv at the bar. The food at the restaurant was good & decently priced. The complimentary breakfast was really good. They had many choices hot & cold. The room was nice & the indoor water park was good too. The only thing I did not like was that it’s Valet only & it charges $25 per day per vehicle. It was convenient however I would like a self park option as well. We had 2 cars & stayed 2 nights so $100 for parking was not fun. Then on checkout day they pretty much kick you out of the parking by 12 so if you want to spend time at the beach you have to pay for more parking. But other than that it’s perfect

This was not what i usually get from a Hilton experience. The mattress was like plywood, the pillows were not as cozy as other Hiltons.

The only issue was no on site parking you either pay to park across the street or pay the valets to park your car. They were very good with their service but it was still an inconvenience. Otherwise goid location and good rooms.

The room clean and spacious. One of the best breakfasts I have had at a hotel!! Such friendly staff who seemed so very happy to be there. Highly recommend!!

Everything was great. Breakfast was exceptional. Room was clean and nice. Nice to walk,close to boardwalk area. My only complaints are the indoor water park is way over chlorinated and my wife’s eyes burned for a couple hours even after leaving the pool area. She didn’t even get in the water, just watching the kids but her eyes really hurt. Also the parking situation is a little complicated and can’t even imagine dealing with that during peak season. Long line for valet. Luckily found city parking close by and paid for that. Most importantly was that as my wife was looking over the room to check out she used the restroom and one of the workers I guess assuming we had already checked out just enters our room, didn’t knock first, and she’s sitting on the toilet with the bathroom door open. That was unpleasant. Overall though it was a nice stay.

Great waterpark

The hotel was okay, but the indoor water park was definitely the best part—it’s amazing in the winter! The parking, however, was a big problem. There’s no self-parking, only valet, which was inconvenient if you need to use your car often. We ended up paying $50 to park in a nearby lot. It was also a bit tricky to find the lobby since it’s not near the main entrance. I hope they'd put a big sign saying lobby on 3rd floor by the door. there weren’t enough elevators, so there were frequent long waits. We would consider staying again in the winter when it’s less busy due to the waterpark, but I can’t imagine the crowd it must get in the summer.
