My wife and I really enjoyed this resort property.Westgate I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in Myrtle Beach.The staff was amazing,extremely friendly and helpful with any questions.The free beach towels and chairs were perfect for our needs.The resort was spotless clean and staff was constantly keeping up with all day long,always smelled freshly clean.The ocean view room was amazing and we saw an unexpected surprise on Wednesday night out of our room, fireworks from the pier area.So many restaurants and activities within walking distance from the resort.Families with children will love the amusement park almost directly across the the resort hotel.The property restaurant had great food.The one and only complaint I could think of is no breakfast wether it be continental or a payed breakfast.Although there are many breakfast restaurants within.03 walking distance and friendlys directly across the hotel street.I would still give this place a 5 star review and looking forward to returning some day in the future.

Excellent resort, beachfront, great amenities and a very calm and welcoming atmosphere. The only drawback was the noise from the amusement park directly across the road from our room. Will definitely be saying here again!

They had a resort fee upon arrival that was not mentioned prior. No cleaning of the rooms unless requested and then rudely told me can just put our dirty towels in the hallway. Having the room cleaned seemed like a hassle. Pools were smaller than pictured. Location was just okay. Being on the ocean was nice, but hard to find restaurants. Not much in close proximity.

Water pressure in the shower isn’t great. Room wasn’t as clean as I would have hoped. The bathroom door was hard to close shut. Outdoors towels bins were empty most of the time. Even after I asked front desk to refill them. However, very friendly staff and front desk employees the hotel looks beautiful right on the beach.
