A somewhat disappointing experience.
First of all, the smell in the room and the towel were not good. Even though it was a non-smoking room, on the second day, when I came back, I saw ash on the edge of the bathroom window.

We understand the cancellation policy but a family emergency should be considered as exception. We had our old parents traveling with us and due to their health we had to change our plans and had informed Expedia and the hotel but they still charged us.
