Horrible Beds / never again
Day time staff seemed rude or un friendly. Evening/overnite staff was very friendly and genuinely helpful. Maids were respectful and always had a wave & a smile when they passed by in hallways or parking. But the beds..... oh my, the beds. Horrible. 1st room had huge bowl in bed. My back, shoulder and hip were sore after that 1st night. 2nd room (Handicapped) had a bowl on only 1 side of it. Thankfully i had the ither side to sleep on, but it was very stiff and not very comfortable. Hard to believe a place that big only had 2 available rooms downstairs which i needed for medical reasons.

Shower was clogged and water was to the top of the shower pan. It was like this when we got to the unit. Called front desk she said she would come check it out and never came. So we couldn’t shower! Bed linens had holes and stains. Definitely wouldn’t have stayed if there was anything else available but everywhere else was booked.

Just nasty i was even approched by someone asking me ifi wanted any drugs we called and complained to cooperate they did nothing they took the employees side over mine its a horrible place i advise anyone if u want something nice and relaxing thats the nastiest most horrible place to stay

Do not stay here
Your room was clean but the sheets was never change and their sheets that they have a stain so bad you don't know whether they're clean or not the cricket gets in the room, shoes and clothes.
