Old and poorly maintained hotel. Just few “5 star hotel” spaces in the property. Construction everywhere. Breakfast is really bad and repetitive. Food in restaurants was average. Whisky bar/lounge just opens Th-Sat which is ridiculous in a supposed full capacity hotel. Only value of the hotel is the staff. This is not a 5 stars anywhere in the world.

the native fijian staff were amazing. Very kind and respectul. The dining is very expensive and i noticed a lot of visitors staying at the crowne plaza were walking up the road to go to the restaurants as it was a reasonable price better than the Crowne plaza

Very disappointed that neither Expedia nor the 5 star hotel said nothing ahead that we would face for five days a semifinished construction site and muddy water under our balcony! Nothing was told at check in, not a word or apology. Never again.

I was a solo traveller visiting long lost family...I Absolutely loved my stay at Crown, all the staff from beach combers to porters... they were friendly, welcoming, and always had a Bula for you no matter the time... the only downside was my view... a construction site... so couldn't sit on my balcony in peace.. or open my patio door and the drills and banging were annoying. I wish I was told before booking. I will definitely stay again... when the work has finished.

Great location with 15 minutes from Nadi airport. These are many pools within the hotel. Multiple restaurants if you prefer to eat within the hotel. The room is comfortable. Great service!

The staff members at tour booking were really rude. They looked like we bothered them by asking questions on what tours we could do. They were just on their phones. Also there was a murder there, a manager got killed and the hotel didn’t inform guests.

The unique thing that I like about this property was the cleanliness of the overall property. However, one thing that I did not like was the room cleanliness including dirt bed sheets and pillow cases, not properly cleaned bathrooms after the service, smelly and dirty towels.
