This establishment was still a construction site during our stay but we still enjoyed our time regardless. We thought that the construction would prevent us from having a good time but this was not the case. My son enjoyed the kids' activities. We enjoyed it so much that we spent an extra night. We enjoyed the staff hospitality.

The pool is beautiful, well layed-out and the swim up bar with ocean views is very inviting. Plenty of fresh clean towels to help yourself to. I think that more wait staff around the pool would be beneficial as we were sometimes left waiting to order for a while. Also the pool surface is very scratchy, our feet were left raw and our little one had several scratches. We were initially put into a room that didn't match the description of what we booked, but this was rectified after 2 nights. Our room service was a little inconsistent. We were often left without all the clean towels and robes, and we had to skip room service on a couple of occasions as by the time they were ready to clean, we were already back in our room getting ready to go out for dinner. (around 4:00-4:30pm...) Beds and pillows very comfy. Room aircon very effective and easy to use. The restaurants on site were average and the quality of the food we received in room service was below average. I am very glad we didn't go all-inclusive as the restaurants at the port were FAR superior. Overall a beautiful place to stay, however there are a few things that don't quite feel 5* to me.

I paid for a beach view ...this turned out to be a construction site view. Although a new hotel simple design errors one plug in kitchen behind the microwave so no way to plug in kettle or coffee maker, no soap in small bathroom, no instructions on how to use TV and the bedroom one needed manitence man to re program before it would go. Very loud music playing from pool bar meant to late in evening meant no chance of an early sleep for us leaving on early flights. Poor lightning in lounge made it hard to read. I'm not sure who has designed the studio suites but it's disappointing to see basic design flaws.shiwwr has no hot or cold indicator and it took ages to get hot water to flow. Paint work poorly executed and groute on tiles was already discoloured.no instructions on how to use AC unit but manitence man was kind and as he was fixing TV showed me how to use it Breakfast was good.hotel organized taxi to airport and that worked well Great cocktail at beach bar earlier in the day and beef burger latter. Not a hotel I'd return to but for some it may suit

I feel this Hotel is suitable for travellers spending 1 night on arrival or before departures in Fiji. I would not recommend anyone spending a holiday there. Unlike the resorts on Denarau, its too far from shops, and other restaurants. Small land area, and apart from the pool, there is nowhere to go. We had to return to our room and keep doors closed due to the shocking loud disco music by the pool every day and night. We couldn't sit on our balcony due to the noise. So many guests were complaining about the music. The Harvest restaurant was terrible, we had to return meals as they were inedible. We have never returned reataurant food in our lives before. The Italian restaurant there was even worse. Our room was not serviced 2 days out of 6. Bin not emptied and floors covered in grit. We had to ask for Tbags, toilet paper and clean towels. Porters were mot available and we had to go and get our luggage on arrival after waiting 1.5 hours. We have been coming to Fiji for 30 years, tried many resorts but this is the worst experience we have had anywhere in the world. We usually stay at the Sheratan Denarau but it was booked out unfortunately. Our friends who were with us felt it was even worse than we have expressed. It presents well in photos, but the pool is the best part of the Hotel, and it too is badly designed, limited access to enter and leave the pool, as the gardens prevent access . We would never book there again, not even a 1 night stopover.

Outstanding staff, stunning venue. Its very new and lots to finish off. Dangerous protuding pastic covers in the bottom of the pool so several stubbed toes!! Spacious rooms and plenty of choice for food and drinks. Great place for families with young kids too.

The hotel and amenities were excellent. The included breakfast buffet was very good. Stay here if you want to be away from the hustle of the Denarau resorts. Only negative was the price of the food which was higher than island resort prices however we found a couple very good restaurants a few minutes walk from the resort that were good and about a third of the price.

Pleasant stay, impressive front desk trainee.
I would like to express my gratitude and appreciation for the friendly and professional service offered by one of the front desk staff, Ms. Ado Vara who is a trainee. She provided her service with a big smile and is genuinely interested in her job, unlike her supervisor who hid in the back and came out with a haughty/rude demeanor when I went to follow up with my request for a late check out earlier. Perhaps the supervisor/ manager has forgotten what she taught the staff, “Service with Smile”!

Construction view from room hence couldn't get out into balcony.lots of dust and noise due to this. Staff were great though Amazing pool
