The property is under rated for it actually is. I don’t think many people know about the property well enough to value the judgment. I would stay any day of the week.

The property is quiet and private. However, we booked a 1 bedroom apartment which was right below the staff quarters and lacked privacy in that sense. There wasn't much utensils around to do own cooking (we had to improvise) and the oven was very dirty (seemed like it hadn't been cleaned in a long time). Suggest that the management look into that. I would rate it as an average stay.

Lovely hotel was only there for a few hour's to hang out and go for swim before flight back home. The pool was lovely to swim in. The hotel is in need of renovation the room is very tired and certainly needs to have a revamp.

There are No lifts for elderly or disabled traveller's at this 3 storey resort ask for ground floor! Warm shower barely. Cold on last morning no pressure. AC works but Windows dont seal properly therefore poor aircon. Terrible rough road access for transportation and a lot of taxis refused to drive that road its so bad Charge $30 FJD one way to town.

Had trouble with our way to the resort as the bridge was closed and no street lights ni street names and was very hard to get there . Our rooms were not make up on the next day as we didn’t put the sign out for service. How can we put out the sign when the sign weren’t on the door. Also we weren’t told to tell reception to make up the room. A bit confused as we paid for the room and service that means we must received both unless we put a DND sign out. Went down to grab a hot chocolate and I guess is $10 for a it as didn’t get a change. We emailed about if can be picked up from airport to resort prior arriving we were told is $20 . Upon our checking out we asked for us to drop off to the nearest mobil and was told is $20 and for airport is $50 which is contradicted to the email. There was no smile from staff. Water was not running and we seems like we were robbed and scam in every way and service.

From the moment you arrive, staff are friendly and helpful, food is amazing and the atmosphere is relaxing and quiet and really like a home away from home. Can not recommend this resort highly enough for a peaceful getaway. The staff are amazing and make you feel like family
