Facility was clean perfectly felt homely, visited 3 times this year did self cooking every time,all staffs were helpful, and was very safe, they also kept my frozen food after i checked out until my flight, cannot complain at all , , there is no elevator into 2nd floors, but staffs help into luggage handling perfectly.also same as everyone in house keeping were friendly and got into our needs. .THANK YOU FOLKS, SEE YOU GUYS AGAIN IN 2025.

The closeness to Denarau and it is still a nice small, quiet property. The space and privacy of the apartment, and being able to cook a meal. The Spa was excellent value, Aggie is an amazing therapist.

After 3 weeks on holidays in Japan and on an island resort off Nadi, the terraces was the perfect place to finish the holiday. Being a serviced apartment with kitchen and clothes washing it was so handy. Very convenient location to the Port Denarau marina. 3 minute walk away to supermarkets, taxis and restaurants. A great little spot with friendly staff.

Run down but good location
The property is pretty run down and old but clean. The bathrooms are small with limited space for 2 people to get ready at the same time. Convenient location right by Port Denarau but the Palms are better.

Nicely laid out apartment. They were very kind and gave us an extra bed in the lounge and let us have a slightly later checkout. They don’t communicate via email, only phone which is difficult, and there were a few cockroaches in the kitchen - don’t leave food out! Aircon in every room was great. Pool was big. Massages on site were cheap and nice.
