The staff is so cold,you feel like your not welcome! We stay there for 4night I ask to clean our room but they didn’t my god unforgivable. Too many young people hanging in the small pool that you can’t enter and there is a payment on using it❗️

Terrific stay at this really easy and great hotel. The staff were super. The location was great, really close to the bus station and monorail station. I would definitely stay here again.

部屋からフロントと連絡が取れない（電話がない）、各階のエレベーターの前の電話しか連絡が取れないとは初めての経験でした、その代わりに部屋に色々注文などできるタッパネルが置いてありました、部屋の匂い（湿気臭いような）が気になりました、お部屋は広くて使いやすいです

港近くで国際通り中心部からはやや離れていますが、レンタル自転車が無料で借りられ良かったです。部屋は、清掃が行き届いて綺麗でしたが、最初に案内された部屋は強い湿気のせいかカビ臭があり、フロントに相談して部屋を変えて頂けました。変更後の部屋は臭いもなく、快適に過ごさせていただけました。朝食は付けなかったので、近所のパン屋さんで買ったのですが、これがとても美味しかったです。せっかくなので夜ご飯で一回、カレーを食事を頂きました。最初温めが不十分で、ぬるいカレーは嫌だったので、温め直して貰いました。味は美味しかったので、ちょっと残念。帰り早朝便でタクシー必須でしたが、空港近くて、助かりました。トータルでは、楽しく過ごせました。ありがとうございました。

家族4人でロフトルームを利用させてもらいました。特に狭さを感じることなくコスパはよかったと思います。超人気のステーキハウスやパン屋さん、コンビニも徒歩圏内で便利でした。宿泊者にはプールは無料にしてほしかったです。
