Comfortable, modern hotel

Had two great nights here, 1 before our 7 day safari and 1 after. Very new and comfortable hotel with great amenities. The airport driver arrangement was a bit confusing - they showed up about 30 minutes late and had us worried we were forgotten. But once the driver showed up, he was incredibly nice and all staff was polite. No other complaints, would recommend staying here as a comfortable spot especially before/after a safari!

Beautiful clean hotel perfect for layover!

We had a layover and found this hotel through Hotels.com and it was amazing! Breakfast was fantastic! Hotel was beautiful inside and out. Very friendly staff! Make sure to reach out to the hotel for the shuttle ahead of your trip to let them know you are coming, flight and times so there is someone to pick you up. Exiting the airport is overwhelming with all the people trying to get you to go with them. Verify they have you on the list when you find the hotel person with the sign! We left our info but didn’t get on the list so had to call and get another shuttle person to get us. Luckily it ended up working out but was a bit of a hassle. Same with leaving to the airport the next day. Make sure it’s organized in advanced so you get there on time! Other than this no complaints and it’s a beautiful hotel!

Everything was great except packed breakfast for early morning flight that does not have even a spoon and was specifically requested sandwich only, was also missing. Otherwise good stay and near airport is advantage.

Lost luggage

Everything was great except that they lost my luggage when I checked in. They took my bag to another guest's room and that guest called the front desk repeatedly but no one answered. I called the front desk repeatedly over an hour and finally tracked my bag down as I waited at the front desk and the guest returned the bag themself
