Booked here purely for the sky bar, to find out on arrival its closed. No mention of this when i booked either on booking sites or hotel website. Room was tiny and basic, with no outside space the hotel felt very claustrophobic. Restaurants not great, and service mediocre at best. Checked out early and stayed elsewhere. I would not recommend.

This is the second time I have stayed at IBIS Hotel Westlands. I like this property because of the reasons listed. Although on the small side the rooms offer comfortable beds and clean surroundings. The room service is good and the staff are helpful. The food in ground floor restaurant is very good and I have opted to purchase breakfast as a part of my booking. I have never been disappointed in the vast breakfast selections. I have also eaten dinner in their restaurant and found it to my liking. The wait staff are pleasant and helpful, clearing used dishes from your table in a timely fashion. Because of my experiences I will stay at IBIS Westlands again. They provide a very good value for the money!

Eco-friendly budget hotel in Westlands
Cheap & cheerful hotel in excellent Westlands location. Rooftop restaurant and elevators have stunning views. Service was attentive and excellent, and breakfast is filling. Rooms are however tiny, at least on the 2nd floor, and property is older, with limited ventilation. Fine for a few nights but not the most comfortable for a longer stay, especially for a business traveller - although you can also rent meeting rooms to work from.

Nice hotel, personnel very attentive. Pillows are a bit too hard, and sounds from other rooms can be heard if too loud. It is possible to walk around but there are no sidewalks and car must be taken with traffic.
