The rooms were very nice and clean. Exactly what you want from a hotel. The lobby was a bit sad looking. The staff were very helpful with the problem created by Expedia. Expedia has no relationship with this hotel. When we checked in they had no clue we were coming. Worst experience at the end of a long journey. Someone in Expedia failed to pass the booking to the hotel. In addition some third party between Expedia and the hotel is making a killing on the hotel rates. Expedia online help was not interested in this issue. Avoid Expedia for this hotel and book directly with the hotel for the correct hotel rates and guaranteed reservation.
