Bonjour, Nous adaptons notre personnel au nombre de clients dans l'hôtel, je suis donc très surprise de votre remarque sur l'absence de ce-dernier - même un 5 août! Nos chambres sont équipées d'un mini bar mais nous ne fournissons pas de bouteille d'eau à titre gracieux en-dessous de la cétégorie Premium. Concernant les vitres, il est vrai que malgré un nettoyage régulier, les travaux de l'ancienne maison d'arrêt situé proche de l'hôtel amène beaucoup de poussière et nos vitres re-deviennent sales en à peine une journée. Je vous prie de nous en excuser. Merci et j'espère qu'une future experience vous permettra de vous render compte que ce retour ne reflète pas la qualité d'accueil que nous fournissons chaque jour à nos clients
