If you are looking for a clean, quaint, affordable, bed and breakfast style place to stay, this is it. We had a great stay and the staff is all very friendly and kind. The location is great to be able to get on the freeway easily to go to the wineries as well. The staff made us custom omelets and waffles every morning along with their continental breakfast. It is about a 20-25 minute walk downtown so not located in the heart of downtown but still a great place to stay. Highly recommend!

The location was great. Walking distance to downtown Napa. Check-in was easy. Breakfast in the morning was a nice touch. The staff was very friendly. We stayed downstairs and could hear the street traffic and people walking up the stairs. If we need to go to Napa again, would consider staying here another time

Good overall - basic accomodations but super clean, spacious rooms, great staff and we loved breakfast being included. Only criticism would be that beds and pillows were not super comfortable and there was no outlet near the second sink which made it hard for two ppl to get ready at the same time.
