All around decent hotel with nice amenities like wine hour, smores, and yoga; however the yoga turned out to be a pilates class held in an event room that hadn't been cleaned or reset from the corporate gathering the night before. Ignoring crumbs on the floor mid stretch was a true exercise in mindfulness. ;)

This hotel was overbooked our first night so they sent us to the Embassy Suites. While it was inconvenient and a bit hurried that Sat morning as we had a tour picking us up at 9:30am. All in all, they paid for our room that night and were very apologetic! I’d definitely recommend this hotel and would definitly stay there again!

Overall our stay was good for the price. I stayed here because I am a loyal BonVoy member. Rooms: It seems like the room is only partially updated and some repairs were poorly done. Bathroom: Again, partially updated. The sliding door was very heavy so be careful as I nearly tore off my nails. The sink and mirror seem updated but the floor and baseboards were old and appeared dirty. In the shower, the faucet knob kept falling off .. it was quite heavy so we had to be cautious in the shower. Restaurant: breakfast selection was good. But dinner and evening snacks limited. After a day of drinking wine, we found ourselves walking to the nearest fast food place. Happy hour M-F (4-6pm) - great deals and snacks that would have also liked available from 9-11pm for example. Wine hour 5-6pm: complimentary in the lobby which was very nice. S’mores from 6-7pm: we didn’t do this but great if you have kids or a sweet tooth. Pool: We enjoyed the pool and never had an issue getting a spot. There were lots of areas with shade. Drinks and pool side snacks are also available. The courtyards were fun.. cool activities to keep you busy with fire tables. Staff: we had mixed experience on this. We had good experience for the most part but restaurant staff and servers were not friendly on a few occasions. Overall it was a good visit. While the hotel was full, it didn’t feel crowded. Compared to other BonVoys I would give it a 3.5/5 stars

Room 2115 was not ideal. For two nights the AC broke down and began a loud banging sound. Very disruptive sleep. The water pressure was a dribble out of both shower and sink and toilet barely flushed.

Received an email 2 days prior to our trip that there will be a $30 resort fee - that included 1 hour of bike rental - I was charged for the 30 minute ride I took ( there was nothing to see - but literal highway) WiFi did not work Room service was weird because it was a $7 delivery charge for a 2 floor hotel They advertise “ south yard” ( brews bbq brunch)as a restaurant bar place and there is not any of that .. people just let their kids run all over

I was charged for things I'm not sure if. When I asked the front desk what the charges were they were not helpful and didn't know. The bar tender ignored us when we asked for a drink on Tuesday night so after waiting 15 minutes we walked away. Hmmm... very weird, they said we would get a $30 credit each day if we ate in their restaurant but I have yet to see our $90 credit. Probably won't go back to this hotel.

We celebrated our daughter's 21st bday here. The front desk manager Te'Joni Williams and her staff made sure that our daughter had a great celebration. Appreciated their efforts and attention to details.

Staff was very rude, would. It stay here again, limited dining menu and they did not turn on the lights in the courtyard for actives the whole 7 days. It’s right off the freeway. Recommend stay closer to downtown.

Everyone at the front desk was accomdating and friendly. The rooms were clean and beautiful. We love the wine during happy hour in the lobby bar and we enjoyed relaxing along the fire pit while we ate some smore that were given to every guest. The breakfast sandwhich we ordered from room service was so good!! Overall I had a plesant stay and I will be returning to this hotel for my next Napa stay! Highly recommend!!
