10 of 10 stars for me! Everything was perfect. From the bell hops, to the front desk staff, they were all so friendly and kind. Our room was great! Overlooked part of the river from our balcony, complete with table and 2 chairs. The restaurant, Celadon, is superb!!! We loved that this hotel was in walking distance of many shops, restaurants, wine tasting, etc. Walked back to the hotel in the dark and felt very safe! We'll definitely be staying here again!

Loved the location of the Napa River Inn. It is in a beautiful setting. It is an easy walk to many restaurants and shops. The staff is friendly and competent. Our room was very clean. The room itself was large and had many amenities. Highly recommend.

A very pleasant place to stay. Lovely view. Comfortable beds, fluffy robes and slippers. Great food everywhere nearby. Fresh pastries delivered to your room every morning. Little niceties that are often overlooked -- half & half in the frig for coffee, complementary bottles of water. We'd love to stay there again.
