Gem of a house interior and exterior exactly as described! Well appointed with quality kitchenware and tastefully decorated! The walk to downtown was a bit further than expected, but the house was great and perfect use of outdoor space!

What a lovely little place in the heart of NAPA. We wish we had more time to walk around NAPA as we had 3 wine tours lined up each day! We enjoyed the outdoor lower patio and a brief time in the hot tub. The traffic was extremely loud, so we adjusted our noise machines the 2nd night which was much better!! The only complaint would be that there wasn't enough seating in the living room. A loveseat or another larger chair would be great. If there were more than 4 of us, this would have been a bigger problem. All in all, a cute little place!

Amazing Napa Valley Get-A-Way!
Our vacation in Napa Valley was truly amazing. This home was everything it advertised! The home was decorated beautifully and was well furnished, the kitchen was accessorized with everything you could need, and the yard and patio were immaculately maintained and beautiful. Perfect Napa VRBO!

Lovely home & superb owner communication
Lovely home, conveniently located to downtown and routes to the vineyards and nearby towns. The owners are extremely responsive and provide excellent details. Every-time I needed something, bottle opener, vase, utensil, tissue…all I needed to do was look and it was there in the home! My only comment would be to revise the title, maybe write that it is near downtown rather than walk to downtown, because the route to get to downtown Napa did not truly have well designed sidewalks nor is it a pedestrian friendly jaunt. Took only 2 minutes to drive and park. Great overall experience.

Great stay near downtown
We very much enjoyed our stay at this cute Napa home near downtown. It's well stocked with everything you need. The beds were comfortable, and the house is decorated nicely. The outside living area was a great place to hang out, and we were happy to use the hot tub after our half marathon race. Communication with the host was smooth, and he provided helpful details and resources. We'd definitely stay again!

Perfect San Diego Retreat
We loved staying at this San Diego apartment. It was a fresh, lovely, cozy place to settle into. Very nice bedrooms for our three couples. Comfortable common space for hanging out together. 2 balconies and a rooftop. So clean. Garage parking. Quiet street. Great location for walking to Mission Bay and the beach, Restaurants, and shops. An excellent vacation rental!

Truly wonderful
Everything was stocked. Comfy beds. Full kitchen. Appreciated having two toilets with having 4 of us. Believe more people would have been too many simply because of bathroom situation. Hot tub was nice. Truly enjoyed location. Walked every morning around town. Only recommendation would be to have an outdoor television so music could be hooked up or so we could’ve enjoyed football games while in hot tub. Otherwise perfection. Thank you!

Great Rental in Walking Distance of Downtown Napa
The property is less than one mile from downtown Napa and easy to locate. The home was immaculate and the check in and out were very easy. Would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay. I think the home would be perfect for one couple or a small girls trip. One main shared bathroom between two couples isn’t ideal. The homes location was good and it was clean and cute.

Great place to stay!
Very spacious and well appointed. We had 2 couples and enjoyed the open floor plan living room, dining room and kitchen . The zen room and hot tub area were a definite bonus. While we didn’t cook much, there was certainly everything needed to do so. Highly recommended.

Napa vacation stay
We stayed at the property during the Brian Culbertson Jazz Festival and could not have been happier with the choice. Everything that you could possible need is available for your visit. It was very clean and the binder that the owner leaves for you is concise and informative. I would definitely recommend this property and stay there again if in the area.

Lovely house with ample common space, both indoors and out. The living room, dining room, and kitchen were great for gathering with family, and we enjoyed the two patio areas before the rains arrived.

Wonderful property. It was too cold for us to use the hot tub or spend much time in the outside areas of the home, but what a nice touch if you come to the home in warmer months. Beds were comfy and living room area was welcoming. I forgot a few toiletries and was thankful for the shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the bathroom. The home was clean and tidy when we checked in which is always appreciated when checking in somewhere new. Bill, the host, was very quick to respond to my messages and I appreciated that. Close to downtown, wineries, the works; It was home away from home for us. I'm very happy with our stay. We will be back. Thank you!

Decent place but not fancy
My wife and I spent a week here. It was perfect for us, but I think anything over a small family is too much for the space. Definitely not multiple couples. It’s just not that large. The space was clean and just like pictures. But felt dated. It had a slight musky smell. So if you have harsh allergies. I’d advise caution. Outdoor space is fantastic. Great addition to the property. But could use a TV out there. Overall, property isn’t bad. A solid 7/10. Pros: clean, very close to downtown napa, outdoor space. Great communication leading up to visit. Cons: small uncomfortable beds, only one small couch, traffic noise.
