Staff were very accommodating and helpful. The place was clean and everything you would expect from a 3 star property. It was a little hard to find but the upside was that it was therefore quieter than the other places facing into the noisy square.

An overview of the entire check in process would be great to send out after you book a room. We had a hard time finding the hotel entrance as the sign wasn’t noticeable and didn’t say that it was going to be on the second floor. I did not get the instructions on how to get to the hotel until after I was checked in. Other than that, the service was exceptional. It was a fairly small and clean hotel. Very friendly staff. Would stay here again for a small group.

Felt very safe and secure even being so close to Naples' major transport hub. Reception staff were super helpful and friendly which was a great relief in a city we weren't planning to be in (due to flight cancellation). Very convenient location with plenty of cafes, bars and restaurants on its doorstep as well as the metro. Room was very clean and comfortable and had a bright modern vibe to it. Airport bus was also a just minute away.

We chose this apartment because it was a stone's throw to Central Rail Station.and Metro across the road.. very convenient. Never expected such comfort as a bonus with good restaurants virtually next door. I read the area was a bit seedy but far from it... seemed very safe to me.

Great location across the street from the train station. Lots of restaurants just a few meters from the entrance. Not hard to find given the instructions from the staff. A free beer, Coke and bottle of water every day.

Don’t judge a hotel by its shared entrance.
Just me as a solo traveller, booked a single room and that’s what I got! Perfectly equipped. Very effective air con, great size bathroom with toiletries, working safe and mini bar, and the three drinks within all free. Unusual approach to the hotel, through a large old shared entrance and up some dark-ish communal stairs, but H22 shines like a beacon of comfort as soon as you see it. As per other reviews - Natasha on check in was amazing. Map of good routes and places to see, speedy effective check in and pleasant all around.

This was by far the best B&B that I have stayed at. Mostly because of Julia, Natasha and Kessy, who were extremely helpful and so pleasant. Everything was managed seamlessly from booking day trips to providing anything that I needed to make my journey more enjoyable. They recommended places to eat places to go and helpful tips throughout my three day stay. I would gladly come back here again and have such fond memories of being here,m. Wishing Julia and her daughter, a wonderful wedding and a few weeks
