A lovely stay. Anna was incredibly kind and accommodating, and although the room was incredibly hot, with no option for the fan (disabled for the winter) it was ok if I opened the window, which looked out at the Galleria!

The rooms are clean and the superior room we had was spacious and I particularly loved the shower. The staff were absolutely fantastic and provided help whenever we needed it. Breakfast is fine if you're staying a couple of nights, but we were there for a week, so it became a bit monotonous. However, they were more than happy to make different eggs for us if we asked. The location is in the heart of a busy shopping area and some rooms have windows that look into the shopping mall. If you leave windows open, you will experience noise from the people in the mall, especially on a Saturday night. The hotel have gone to great lengths to soundproof rooms and you won't hear anyone in adjacent rooms. Naples is noisy, so I suggest you just come prepared and immerse yourselves into city life.

If you want a peaceful place for rest this hotel not good choice, near crowded street and But staff and hotel is good! Around lots good restaurants and bars) By the way you should have 10cent for using lift with your luggage up and down to 2 floor

Breakfast was very good, staff was friendly and nice, room was spacious and modern, bathroom was not good because every time we shower it leaks water all over the bathroom floor which we had to clean with bath towels each time we take a shower also bidet was useless because water pressure in it was low and it was placed farther from the toilet, the toilet was outdated as well... access to the property was not great because we had to drag 2 suitcases on cobblestone street to get to it, the lift was old and very small, you need 10 cents for it to work.

Perfect hotel located in the city center. The hotel has modern forniture and we got a beautiful room overlooking the gallery. The only minus is the entrance with an old elevator.

The boutique hotel itself was terrific. Was a little disappointed with breakfast in that I found a pat of butter with mould and the toaster didn't toast, even after putting the bread through twice. Front desk staff were accommodating and helpful. Unpredictable refers to the outside entrance area as upon our return one evening, there was broken glass everywhere. This was not the fault of the hotel but disconcerting none-the-less.

Ok. First. You’re going to completely freak out when you are dropped off at the property. It’s located on the side of the Umberto Gallerie which is a very cool shopping venue, but the hotel itself is tucked up inside a courtyard that looks very, umm, not safe. It is. You may have to ring the bell to be let in. Teeny, tiny elevator leads to reception. I wouldn’t let that deter me because the hotel, itself, the staff and, I think the location is great. The staff was truly exceptional. I can’t say enough. The room was huge, clean, open and comfortable. We had a view of the street below and loved people-watching! Breakfast was tasty, options were plentiful. This is a small hotel by comparison but I can’t say any feature was affected by its size. If anything, it made it more personable. We walked everywhere. Dozens of small shops, local brands and other more well- known options are close by. The issues I’d point out are minor … paid mini-bar and the soap “shelf” in the shower was intended for someone seven feet tall!!

What a beautiful Hotel - Inside. The entrance was difficult to find, and a little sketchy, and scary. Staff was amazing, and the facility was gorgeous. Location was perfect for our desire to walk the Spanish Quarter, and Old Towne, and the Hop-on Hop-Off bus. Highly recommend

Very conveniently located. Spacious room. Very friendly front desk staff. Very nice breakfast spread. All except lobby is at 1st floor and entrance is least expected at side of building and other than that very nice place to stay in Napoli
