Best view of the Bay of Naples

Wonderful view of the bay from our room and the restaurant/breakfast room. Clean and well maintained room with very good bed and quality pillows. Staff was helpful and conscientious.

Fabulous 4 day stay

Its an amazing and unique hotel, converted form an old monastery right on top of a hill overlooking Vesuvius, breathtaking views, great service and food.

Naples in October

Great views over Naples and Vesuvius - high above bustle of the city. Old fashioned monastic charm but some rooms could do with updating (tiny plastic shower). No complimentary drinking water offered in the room . Lovely terrace for drinks and meals - beware thieving seagulls. No fresh orange juice at breakfast. Dinner was good. Will happily stay again. Valet parking a bonus.

Lovely stay, great views and friendly reception staff. The dining staff were less friendly and didn’t seem to be very happy. Breakfast was great. The room was fantastic and comfortable and the hotel had a good atmosphere. Long climb up from the city but not a problem after we discovered the funicular.

Really cool old monastery converted into a hotel, however, nothing has been upgraded. This hotel has so much potential, but the owner needs to put some work into it. Restaurant is so so front desk is front desk is accommodating, but not. Frankly is kind of a creepy hotel. There are secret, staircases and underground tunnels that go to weird places. Very hard to find your way around the hotel would not stay here again. Feels like it’s in an unsafe neighborhood

Filthy property, horribly bed, run down facilities and the pool looked nothing like the pictures they posted. The staff was great. If you gave them a hotel worth them it would be a 5 star facility. How it got over 8 rating is byond me.
