If i could leave zero stars i would

This place was awful. They charged an undisclosed $155 for incidentals...guessing thats what it was for? That amount was held on our card until after checkout. When we asked about the charge the people at the desk were very rude. The room itself was shabby and not cleaned well. No cleaning available without request, no shampoo, conditioner, soap (all the little things we've come to expect a hotel to provide) Our friends booked a hotel just up the road, Staybridge suites...highly recommend anyone looking at this Laquinta go there instead

If you like musty smell in the hotel, stinky and outdated room, toilet water leaking out on the floor, and bugs then this is the place for you. Otherwise Stay Away ! Checked out 50 min into my stay. Hotel staff was nice enough to fully refund.

The hotel is located 4.5 hours distance from Orlando. "unexpected". It is not easy to locate the building on arrival, especially at night due to lack of signs. The hotel is unwilling to accomodate me with a late check out, after arriving late at night. The night manager was quite rude and unaccommodating. The clerk seemed nice but had to do the bidding of the night manager. Guest were arguing in the halls. The sheets were and towels were not clean as expected. The towels had a bad odor and the sheets looked dingy with visible stains. I did not eat the breakfast because I was exhausted from the drive and slept close to normal check out time.

Key didn’t work to open door. Key was replaced and didn’t work either. Lock was stock in open position. We had to get a new room. Ac was horrible. Not comfortable. Our first stay and was not comfortable.
