Good choice when staying in Naples
Our recent stay at the coastal hotel in Naples offered a mix of delightful experiences and a few areas for improvement. The hotel's prime location provided stunning seaside views, which we enjoyed from our room and during breakfast. The proximity to the coastline also allowed for refreshing morning runs. The room, albeit not the twin room we initially requested, was well-appointed and spacious, meeting our needs with its cleanliness and amenities, including a fitness area and a sizable pool. Dining options around the hotel impressed us with their quality and reasonable pricing. However, our check-in process did not meet expectations. Despite the offer of complimentary drinks, the delay in room readiness and the subsequent unfulfilled promise of a twin room were disappointing, especially after a three-hour wait. Additionally, while we anticipated the distance into the city and the associated taxi costs, it is something for future guests to consider when planning their stay. Overall, our experience was pleasurable, with the exception of the initial hiccup at check-in. We hope to see improvements in this area to match the high standards of the other services provided.

Our room was beautiful but no one offered to help us get our bags to the room, the air conditioner did not work very well, there was no bottled water in the fridge and one of the bedside lights did not work. We did switch lightbulbs with another lamp and it worked

very nice overall; 4/5 staff members were very helpful; restaurant staff was excellent; would be even better to have more outlet adaptors for US devices; also, hard to stand in the bathtub during shower because it was very narrow. Ciao.

The hotel was a little dated. The woman that checked us in wasn't very friendly. The breakfast buffet was good. The parking was expensive at the hotel. The room was not very clean. There were dust balls by the edge of the sofa.

Staff was great. Bathrooms need updating badly. The showers needed to be cleaned better -- black stuff on the tiles that wiped away with a light scrubbing. The toilet ran non-stop and made a terrible noise. They sent someone to fix it and the noise went from every 15 minutes to every 5 minutes. I wouldn't stay there again.

Eateries convenient, shopping near by and beautiful view. Rooms where very small. No facial clothes available. Only instant coffee in the room, no sugar or cream. No hair dryers and WC outdated.

Personal agradable y atento, reconocimiento al equipo de limpieza por ser complaciente y eficaz. No obstante poca variedad de frutas, tienen un buen desayuno. El área ofrece un paseo agradable sin el bullicio y amontonamieto del centro, muchos restaurantes disponibles, ninguna queja de tres que visitamos.
