3000 square meters of property, a villa enhanced by the light and the strength of its style designed to offer maximum comfort. Large spaces combined with a splendid swimming pool with piped music, give the eyes and spirit the pleasure of feeling free and out of the chaos of everyday life.

The main body of the villa is arranged on two levels.
On the ground floor there are three of the five bedrooms, in particular the first one is a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom / shower, four-poster bed and barrel ceiling. A light white gives it freshness and cleanliness, enhancing the details. Continuing, you will discover two other bedrooms: a second double and a French one served respectively by a modern bathroom / shower.

An internal staircase connected to the upper floor reveals its soul, in which woods and light, give a magic that lives and breathes in every floor, wall and ceiling. You will be enchanted by the kitchen with adjoining bathroom / tub, perfectly described by cobalt blue decorations and tiles, by the dining room attached to a comfortable raised sitting area. The first floor protrudes from the load-bearing structure of the house, creating a delightful porch overlooking the swimming pool.

The external part of the villa is completed by two independent units arranged on several levels. It starts from the annex located on the lower floor with a double bedroom, bathroom / shower, TV area and sofa bed. Followed in an elevated position, a typical pajara which houses a double bedroom with its bathroom / shower. In the structure you will also find several relaxation areas and a Jacuzzi
