The staff was very helpful and accomodating. The free shuttle to Narita and the train station is great. It stops very close to the main attractions in the area. The room and restroom were clean. Due to the humid weather there was a musty smell in the room if the window was not left open. I would definitely return.

We were only here overnight and next to our next flight the next morning. It has a 24 hour convenient store which helped. Was not able to venture outside since it was a very short stay. It was a nice hotel.

The only good thing about this hotel is its proximity to the airport. Our room was disgusting. The bed comforters stained, walls dirty, towels dirty, shower dirty with hair and stains on rhe wall. The room smelled bad even though we were in a non-smoking room. We were glad we onlt needed to sleep there before our flight.

Great hotel!
To start, it's huge. Even the rooms are big for Japan. Everything was modern like it recently was updated. There's a Family Mart right inside the hotel which is very convenient. One thing I would be weary of is the pool. You can tell it isn't cleaned very well, very often. The pool area could use some room as well. The roof leaks and the furniture is wore down. Other then the pool situation there were no other complaints. I would stay here again.

I love this property!! The staff was extremely helpful and friendly! They have a shuttle to the airport and the train station which was very convenient! They also have a bath house which was also convenient! I would stay again!

It was close to the airport and they offer free airport shuttle to and from. Quiet area but we took an Uber to go eat at a sushi train restaurant and it was about a 10min drive. Rooms are big and clean, hotel was super nice. We only stayed a night since we were leaving to go back home the next day. 5/5 stars
