Property is excellent, shuttle is awesome (both to and from the airport (pickup location at the airport is very convenient). You are a bit out of the way so only real eating options are at the hotel. There are a few locations to choose from to eat but all are quite expensive (get the breakfast-included option when booking if possible). We had 6 hours to kill so did a great walk/hike to 2 local shrines using Google Maps (staff didn’t seem to know about them) was about 2 hours round trip. Very enjoyable 😁

First base safe space/accommodation
Flew in from BNE and needed a safe hotel close enough from our Narita airport. This hotel turned out to be a gem with buses from Terminal 2 going directly to this hotel. If you are an inexperience or seasoned traveller you need to sort out your accommodation prior or at least have one go to hotel, then let it be this one. Dont wing it and expect to have accommodation in the city on the first night. Upon arrival, we were promptly checked in, our room was immaculate. The hotel has shops and two restaurants on site at least according to our recon walks. There are buses that regular depart from the hotel to take you to key stations and tourist spots. If you are an inexperienced or even a seasoned traveller we can not but recommend this hotel as your first go to safe space/accommodation. Check in were very professional and experienced. Plenty of tourists and travellers alike transit through so you'll at least feel some ease making friends or connections. Well done staff and congratulations,.we will highly recommend you all.

Very tired hotel. Dirty bathroom - very superficially cleaned but we found so much dirt behind taps or in the loo seat we felt put off washing ourselves. Lawson and public areas look 20 years out of date. Staff were nice.
