Very convenient next to Terminal 3. Couldn’t find the schedule for the free shuttle bus from Narita so we walked to the hotel at midnight. There was a shuttle at 12.20am but we didn’t know at the time. Room was clean and comfortable. The shuttle bus in the morning was well organised by the staff for all 3 Terminals at Narita. Very efficient hotel.

Great value hotel, convenient for the airport
Super convenient for the airport and the free shuttle bus was a great help. For Japan the room was surprisingly large. Perfect for an early morning start for our journey home from Japan. The bar was very nicely decorated and the barman attentive.

We didn’t know that during winter they shut off the AC and so we had to open the window. No issues with this but the noise from the freeway was loud. We heard cars racing.

We chose this hotel because we wanted something close to the airport. The Narita Tobu was very clean, and except for one hiccup with checking in ( my room wasn’t ready and so my check in was almost an hour later than allowed, BUT the agent gave me an extra hour for check out to make up for the late check in), the service was excellent. They were very accommodating with holding our luggage before check in and also after check out. The rooms were very nice and comfortable. The food (both on menu and buffet) was really good. Their convenience store is fully stocked with a variety of items as well as any last minute omiyage one might need. I would recommend this hotel to others and would definitely stay there again.

Convenient location with shuttle to and from Narita Terminals. Staff are very nice and speak english. The A/C seems to not work in the rooms. Rooms will get very hot. Only way is to open window in room. Unfortunately that is what you get for the low price of the accomodation.

Arriving to Naria in the late afternoon we opted to stay overnight there rather than face the train trip in a jet lag exhausted stage. We chose Natira Toby based on reasonable price and proximity—and upon checking in realized the price included breakfast, making it a very reasonable price. The shuttle wait was not long and the ride about 5 minutes. Check in was very easy. Our room was very clean and looked on greenery ( not a given near the airport). The room was more North American than Japanese in size, with 2 large twins plus a table and chairs. The beds were extremely comfortable. The buffet breakfast had both Japanese and Western food options as well as made to order eggs (omelette, fried). There was a good variety of choices. We took the shuttle back to the airport next morning—the hotel offers a prearranged time choice so there’s no worry about getting a seat. We would definitely use this hotel again on our trip. We w

Staff are great, very attentive. Room was too warm. Tried to lower the temperature but it didn’t work. Shower curtain smells.
