Stayed for one night because my departing flight is early in the morning. The hotel provides shuttle bus and help my transport to the airport. The hotel has vending machines, a family mart and many other facilities (laundry, luggage scale, microwave, some gashapon) all on the ground floor. Very convenient. If you have a flight from Narita early morning, would highly recommend you to stay. The nearest train station to Narita Airport is only 1 station away (10minutes ride) if the bus couldn't accommodate your timing.

This was our first time staying here at we think it was a great place to stay. For the price you couldn't beat it. The breakfast buffet was sufficient to fill us up every morning, there were several restaurants and attractions within walking distance and the airport shuttle was convenient. The room was a little small and the sound proofing wasn't the best but we slept fine. We would stay here again without hesitation when we're in Narita.

Cheap and simple hotel, but good standard

For the price paid (OK, it was a Black Friday deal with 30% off but anyway) it was a perfect price/quality ratio. The hotel is little older (it can be seen on the elevator, the bathroom and the toilet, for example), but the room we had was refurbished and more than adequate the price we paid. Quite small, but still OK, very silent (oriented to the backyards). The bathroom was older, but functional and the toilet sometimes smelled a little but had the perfect Japanese style toilet bowl, heated, with two water sprays etc.). There is a free shuttle every hour to/from Narita Airport. The hotel is within walking distance (15 minutes) to the center of Narita town with both railway stations for easy access to Tokyo. Also a shopping center is 5 minutes walking time, with several restaurants of all price ranges within 15 mnutes walk. All in all, we were very satisfied for this very cheap and adequate deal.

When I walked into my assigned bathroom, the used face towel from possibly previous customer was hanging from a shower rod. The room didn’t seem too clean, with dirty left over stuff in the sink, and hair all over. Otherwise, the staff were friendly and shuttle service from and to airport were good, on time and prompt.

While the hotel was nice, the room was very small for three people. The lil store was very over priced and closed early so if jet lagged you’ll have to walk several blocks in the cold. There is shuttle service to and from the airport but you have to reserve your seat and inform the front desk. We needed up taking a $35 taxi ride, ugh! They do have extra tooth brushes and combs at the lobby if needing one. They have breakfast for 1600 yen and for the amount of food and drink it was okay. No room service though.

It was a decent hotel, within walking distance to many attractions. The area was nice, and I would stay there again. The only downside was limited hours of shuttle service, going back to the airport. The shuttle service from the airport to the hotel was adequate.
