Very comfortable hotel, friendly, helpful staff, all spoke good English, good sized room, excellent shower and bed, extremely quiet, very good breakfast. Great location for restaurants, sites like the exquisite Narva Castle, promenade, transport, tourist information.

The hotel was excellent with relation to the price, quality of the provided service. The only small minus was the cleaniness, as the bath room could have been a bit cleaner. Staff was excellent, breakfast was good and the location of the hotel per Narva was superb!
