Well kept property. Rooms are very clean and updated. Staff is hardworking and friendly. Planning on using this hotel for all my Nashville trips to Vanderbilt and downtown excursions!

My rental car was broken into the first night. Luckily nothing was in the car. Found a roach crawling on my room door. The fridge in my room didn't work and the ice machine on the my floor (the 4th floor) didn't work but had a sign that said to use the machine on the 3rd floor. The sign looks like it had been there for a bit so they're aware.

The hotel was clean. Beds were okay. I like soft mattresses and they were much firmer. Breakfast had plenty of options. The showers water pressure was weak and the water didn’t get very hot
