Relaxing place

We loved our stay and the house is very nice. There is room for everyone. Space enough so that you don’t feel crowded. Beautiful kitchen and a basement with so much entertainment. Clean and well stocked with the basics. We would definitely stay again.There are only two things I would ask: 1) a door code for the kitchen entry door. It is the one I think people use the most. 2) the main floor living room couches are worn out. They are so uncomfortable you really can’t sit and visit/watch tv for long. We ended up sitting at the kitchen table.

Family Getaway

There was 10 of us and we really enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean but the furniture could use a cleaning (the couches and upholstered chairs at the tables).It would also be nice to have a dresser in all the bedrooms so you have somewhere to put clothes and other items.

Family Visit to Nashville

We had a wonderful stay in Hendersonville. Out group was grandparents, and 3 married siblings with multiple children ages 9 and under. Location was perfect if flying into BNA or traveling via car. Lots to do on property! Very secluded with beautiful views and sunsets. Nearby groceries shopping, pharmacy and walking trails.

HIgh School forever friends

Met in Nashville with a group of 5 couples from high school. Had the best time. Home was perfect for us. Plenty of room and the basement game room was beautiful. Was the perfect place to reconnect and laugh for hours. The kitchen was spacious and perfect for cooking in. Dining room table sat 10 for all of us to eat together and play games at night. Loved our stay!!

Perfect Rental Property

We were celebrating my mother in laws 80th birthday and this house was in a centralized location for us to meet. The house was clean, roomy and included all the extras that may be forgotten while traveling. The pool table, foosball table and shuffleboard table were used every day! The view was gorgeous. I would highly recommend this place for any family.

Howard reunion

It was great house for a group our size (10). It offered several gathering options inside and outside the home from game room to a firepit. The location was private with beautiful views and close enough to explore Nashville and other areas. We did have an issue with the induction stove but received help from property management to resolve. Ice maker in frig was unpredictable - sometimes it made ice. Overall, we enjoyed our stay!

Beautiful home for a family trip

We had a wonderful week in Hendersonville. Reasonably priced and easy travel to Nashville and surrounding areas. Plenty of room in the house to either spread out or hang out together. Only comment is landscaping could use some attention, but that didn’t stop us from having a wonderful vacation! Thank you!

Overall this was a great stay! The house was big enough for everyone to spread out and never feel too crowded! Our favorite gathering place was the giant island. The views and country setting was perfect for our crew. Large outdoor space was a major bonus. We were only 15 minutes away from the ball fields, which was super convenient. There was no black stone, which was seen in pictures and the shuffleboard table was not sturdy, so we did not let anyone play. Those two things were minor little hiccups

Great home for a family vacation

This was the perfect location for our annual four generation family vacation. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms 4 separate families. A very large kitchen for cooking all our meals. We enjoyed the quiet location and all the wild life. The property managers were very easy to get in touch with. We highly recommend this great home for your next family vacation.

Great Family Vacation

Excellent Area, Home, Great Time with Family!!! The property manager was excellent on communication and attentive to any questions. Only issue with the property, was the induction stove top as the breaker had to be reset a couple times. We would definitely come back again.

Family wedding stay

The property was big but maintenance of it and cleanliness was the biggest issue. Two toilets werent secured properly to the floor, wood tables on the patio and benches next to the kitchen were very unsturdy so not useable but there were some that were. On the patio off the basement there were white cushions for use but they were so dirty we didnt want to use them. Most couches were dirty or very uncomfortable as they seemed to need replaced but useable if your used to college type furniture. there were dead bees in alot of recessed lights and on the second day a swarm of bees got inside and 20-30 swarmed each of the south 3 windows in the dining room although we never found where they entered once we personally removed and relocated them with a Electric stick broom only a couple per day entered going forward. I contacted the host who refered me to another contact about the bees and after multiple messages they stated pest control companies wouldn't remove them and offered a bee keeper if it happened again we didnt persue it as we got rid of them. I was so told we were the first to report the issue which i really doubt due to the amount of dead ones in recessed lights the have to have a hive in the ceiling or walls. I liked the two large walk in shower but the two sets of laundry facilities was misrepresented as one set of washer/dryer upstairs was missing. The fireplace had a sign not to use it for decoration only and the outdoor firepit was unuseable as full .

Beautiful TN Stay!

This house was perfect for our group of 11! Views were beautiful, host was very accommodating and friendly. We had 8 adults and 3 kids, plenty of room for them to play and enough bathrooms/beds to sleep! A lot of great looking and tasteful updates. House does show some wear and tear, but you can tell it’s enjoyed by all its guests. Plenty of essentials to function like garbage bags and soaps, and extras. Didn’t want to leave!

Girls Weekend!

Stayed at this VRBO for my bachelorette party! Only a 30 minute drive into downtown Nashville. Very spacious and plenty of privacy from surrounding neighbors! Would definitely recommend to anyone traveling to the Nashville area! Plus rental staff very quick to reply to any questions you have!

Perfect for our group

This house worked out perfect for our group. Plenty of room /bathrooms for 12 women. There were a few issues: electric in the kitchen was a bit of a struggle (kept blowing the breaker), pots and pans could use an upgrade, cooktop was complicated and frustrating (bought a new frying pan and pot for making oatmeal but didn’t realize we needed special pans for the induction cooktop) and the hot plates that were there contributed to the electric issues. Our stay was great other than those frustrations.

Nashville Getaway for a Group

I booked this house for a group of friends and it had everything we needed for a great weekend. The location is beautiful with plenty of space for grilling, bonfires, and activities outside. The kitchen was fully stocked for preparing large meals and everything was clean and comfortable in the space. We would definitely recommend this house for a group looking to explore what the greater Nashville area has to offer!

Great property

Great property with a nice, private location. House was clean, perfect for family and friends. The only down side was it is poorly stocked. Bathrooms weren’t stocked with hand towels or washcloths at all. Very minimal kitchen amenities, just your basic pots and pans with utensils. Bring your own tin foil, dish soap, kitchen sponge, ziplock bags and whatever else you might need. Only two kitchen towels total for the entirety of our stay. Otherwise it’s a nice house, tastefully remodeled as an STR. Appears to be strictly for business and not lived in. Couches were also a little worn.. but again, this place gets a lot of bookings. Great for a large group of people. Would recommend
