A good bang for the buck …the people at the desk very helpful about dining options …a gentlemen at the desk most days always a friendly hello going in or out I wish I asked his name a jolly fellow … and a young lady they called Coco for short always a smile and good tips where to go for breakfast options …every thing about there place was great …..seamless check in and out …..

We stayed for three nights and really enjoyed our stay. Our unit was a one bedroom apartment on the second floor. It was very clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. It was actually quite large. The property is within walking distance to lower Broadway however, a Lyft ride was $5-$6. The staff was all very friendly and eager to help. Travis at the front desk had a great attitude and sense of humor. Next time we visit Nashville, we will definitely go back to Placemakr.

As we entered we were delighted by the spacious suite and amazing light filled rooms, however, my stay at Placemakr was unfortunately overshadowed by a significant cleanliness issue. Upon arrival, we discovered multiple hair strands in the sheets, which was highly unsettling. Hair can carry bacteria and lice, and this was a major concern for us. We reported the issue, and while housekeeping did come to clean the room, the problem persisted throughout our stay. We brought this to the attention of management, and they offered to waive our early check-in and late check-out fees as compensation. However, given the severity of the issue, we felt that this did not adequately address the inconvenience and discomfort we experienced. We also tried to contact management to discuss further compensation, but they were unavailable for several days, leaving us with no one else to attend to our needs. For a hotel that otherwise offers a comfortable stay, I expected a higher standard of cleanliness and customer service. I hope Placemakr takes this feedback seriously to ensure future guests have a better experience.

Our unit was very dirty (floors) when we checked in. Easy parking, but for a pricey fee. The water to the entire building was turned off unexpectedly one day from 9:39 am to 12:30 pm. Very inconvenient, but the manger did reimburse my parking fee.

Plain, dusty decor, extremely noisy traffic, paper thin walls and rude employees left us wishing we hadn't booked there. The vending machines and front desk had no water for guest. We were forced to go find a gas station for water and snacks. The fire alarm was pulled in the middle of the night and when the fire trucks arrived full siren they took an hour to clear. Worst Nashville experience ever.

Overall, I felt like we were in a college dorm more than a hotel. Mattress was soft and uncomfortable, TV setup was poor and although walkable to many sites, it was a long walk. Nashville is a great place but I would recommend something a little more centrally located.
