The place is clean and ataff is friendly. I did request an extra pillow which they did not have. The pool was closed for the season and it was still very warm out.

Staff was amazing on second and third shift, the only thing I must say is the walls are super thin. Need to find a better way for the doors to not slam. It was always loud when everyone got up moving and house keeping started.

They offer a buffet breakfast that can be improved. The eggs are not great and the oatmeal is watery. The country gravy was good but could be thicker. The staff is helpful and pleasant.

Filthy sheets on the bed (stains, crumbs and a used bottle of water wrapped in a used sheet). Called reception and no offer to change it for us, actually asked us (the guests) to bring the dirty sheets down to them. Bad attitudes and unsafe area. After 4 nights and 4 of us in a room, we asked for extra towels, lady at reception refused and eventually agreed to give us ONE towel (for four people). Kitchenette had zero utenisils or plates/cups etc. The reception gave us one bowl to use in the room - then called us after midnight (waking us up from our sleep) asking for it back. List goes on!

Booked again because it’s so much better than much more expensive places. Evening happy hour. Wine or cocktails complimentary, broccoli cheese soup and snacks. Big break buffet with oatmeal, eggs, sausage, bacon, yogurts, fresh fruit, juices, teas, etc. Wonderful customer service.
