Good place to stay. It is nice they offer shuttle service to downtown. Check-in was easy and the front desk staff was very friendly. Breakfast was good and room was clean. We would stay here again.

I booked this hotel specifically for the balcony/patio area thinking my husband could smoke in these areas. NOWHERE in the hotel's description did it state guests could not smoke there and that guests may ONLY smoke in this one little tiny smoking area. I was very displeased to learn this upon checkin!!! Also, the halls were especially noisy, and we were placed in a room adjacent to double doors that opened and closed all night long. Then, upon attempting to depart, we had to wait on a literal bus load of people to load luggage and embark on the bus before we could leave the parking lot. I will not ever stay here again, nor will i ever recommend it!

No complaints. Perhaps somewhat dated - there was a locked door which allowed for connecting rooms when desired but unfortunately we got to hear their TV blasting until late night. I was hesitant to complain to them or hotel staff as there was no need to trigger a potential situation that could escalate. They turned it off at midnight. The hotel is clean and their team is hard working …would definitely stay there again.

I liked the room and amenities. I think the happy hour is great. The only thing I'd really change is adding a soft close on the doors, because like other reviewers I was trying to sleep and woken up by all the doors slamming early morning.

I loved staying here. The staff was so friendly and helpful. The place was perfect for taking a rest from the hustle and bustle of downtown Nashville. I loved relaxing by the pool. It was easy to get to restaurants, bars, and shopping too.
