My stay was good. The room was clean. Security was on the property to watch our cars over night. I was was charged $20 for parking which I wasn’t aware of, but overall the price wasn’t bad.

Extremely dissapointed!!! Less than 1 star!! We drove 5.5hrs up to nashville for only 1 night from the Atlanta area. It was the very first below freezing night of the year for us so we chose the Comfort Inn downtown Nashville solely because Expedia said they had a private indoor jacuzzi tub. Come to find out upon arrival, no hot tub exists at this hotel period. We even used our $75 OneKey Cash to book this room yet still paid $63 for the one-night stay and then paid an additional $23 to park for 1 night. This was a huge disappointment and we wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone! I really exected to be impressed and to give a rave review but unfortunately thats not possible!

Excellent location, with it being waking distance to the main street. The room was good, but the carpets were not cleaned between stays, which was a concern. Breakfast was mostly average, however they had an excellent addition with a person making omelettes to order. One issue with breakfast is that they use disposable cutlery, plates, and cups. It might be an American thing, but it's very wasteful.

The door to the bathroom had guck running down it. The tub was so filthy my best friend thought a gray bath mat was in the tub. They had a filthy chair in the room that should be in the trash if it can no longer be cleaned. Clearly the room wasn’t inspected by the auditor. The property is too close to the highway. They also were getting the parking milled and paved Saturday morning. It was loud and the room was shaking. I quickly booked another hotel and checked out early.

My wife and I were traveling with two small dogs. The hotel advertised as "pet friendly" on "Hotels.com" website. The initial price was good but the hotel charged $20/dog ($40 total). They also charged a $20 fee to park in their parking lot. $60 extra fees. It seems like they were "nickel and dimes" us. So a cheap hotel is not always a good deal.

Had to switch rooms immediately upon arrival because there was a large roach crawling on the bathroom floor in the first room. The second room was better but still very disappointed. We wanted to cancel our stay but we had pre-paid and they required a 48 hr notice before. I think there cancelation policy is purposely deceitful to lock you in, as the actual property is much worse then pictured. As there are countless other options to stay at a similar price, I won’t recommend this hotel to anyone.

Clean rooms. Good parking rates. The walk to lower broadway is about 10-30min. The included breakfast was excellent perc. Only thing was internet from 3rd floor, spotty and unreliable. Construction was being done at hotel and the noise started just after 7am during my stay. Dining in area is limited.
