Everyone is so friendly. That’s the biggest thing. It is a simple and affordable room. We had no issues and again the friendliness of all staff made our trip to Nashville amazing. Thanks.

I told the front desk that I needed at shuttle 5-5:30am. They said to come down 10 min prior to needing a ride and they will call the shuttle. I was down there with another lady and there was no one at the desk. There was a number to call that we both called and no one answered. We stood there for a long time and finally I called a Uber to take myself and the other lady to the airport. Frustrating because I choose this hotel due to the closeness and the shuttle to the airport. Don’t offer if you cannot provide or leave a number to call when no one answers. Frustrating!!

I dont think their vacuum cleaner works. The microwave was for looks only. No place to plug it in. Walking on the carpet was like walking on rocks, it was so full of garbage in the floor. Asked for a receipt and they would not give me one. Said they would email it. I still have not received it.

This hotel was a crackhouse with a neon sign upon arrival. The walls were scraped to bare concrete, carpet worn and filthy, completed disinterested front desk clerk and a 5 inch cockroach crawling in my sheets when I got into bed. Disgusted that Hotels.com would permit a facility of this calibre to be offered.

I booked this through Expedia as a pet friendly hotel. They do not accept pets, which I found out at midnight when I arrived after a rainy drive through the mountains. So I lost my money and had to book a room at a different hotel at that time of night. I am elderly and handicapped, so it was most inconvenient.

When I was about to take a shower, the water was yellow. After that, I started to see dirt going down the drain as if the shower had not been cleaned. The room was accessible. Don’t think that was the room I requested. They also need more outlets to charge the phone that are closer to desk area
