Carpet in the rooms were very dirty. Turned socks black from walking on it. Found random hairs on the bed sheets prior to using them. Stayed in the same hotel back in 2021 and it was super clean then, but not anymore. The staff were all very professional and polite.

Location was great. Offerings (breakfast, light dinner, drinks, and pool) sounded great but hours for food were inconvenient, food options were limited and the same thing over and over. Pool was filthy and gross. Staff were amazing and responsive.
