The living room is on the 2nd floor and has a 50" Smart TV (Netflix, Hulu, Disney+) and a record player. Step outside the patio and enjoy your morning coffee on the swing. The kitchen is well equipped with a Keurig, drip coffee maker, microwave, and more to cook in the comfort of your own home. Complimentary coffee is provided.

The 3 bedrooms each have their own en suite bathroom. The master bedroom has a Queen bed, mounted flat screen TV, and rocking chairs. The colorful wall is perfect for the perfect IG photo! The en suite bathroom has dual sinks and a walk in shower. The 2nd bedroom has 2 Full beds and the 3rd bedroom has a Twin over Full bunk bed, great for the kids!

The washer and dryer are available for you to use. Park in the 2 car garage and/or on the side of the house. It can fit 4-5 additional vehicles and overflow parking is on the street. We recommend Uber or Lyft as your main way of getting downtown. A non-peak hours ride for either of these is less than $10.

Please note, there is a train that runs about 100 yards from the house that you can hear. Nashville has a lady bug problem. So please keep the doors and windows shut when possible.
