Pros:Easy location from highways. Convienent parking, nice lobby with coffee & water. Well stocked breakfast included. Clean room, nice bathroom & water pressure in shower. Nice gym & small indoor pool.Pleasant employees. Plenty of fast food restaurants nearby-gas, Wendys-Dunkin-7-11 etc Cons:refridgerator in room froze all our drinks & food-no outlet for coffee maker-had to move it to desk.

$10 charge for parking. Not cool!

Wonderful place to stay. We had to deal with the emptying of the two dumpsters next door at the Seven 11 but they couldn’t help that. I was surprised to find a $10 charge each day for parking that I was not expecting. Hotels.com did not inform me that would happen. They need to let us know that this hotel charges $10 a day for parking. Not happy with that!!! (It was their regular parking area. Why a charge besides making more money. Thought that was tacky!!)

Housekeeping Issue Quickly Resolved

Housekeeping did not come one day so I don’t know if room was skipped. Front desk concierge took care of issue. The room was very clean and tidy.

Everything was mostly good. The few things that weren't so good, are not things the hotel staff could do anything about. 1. Construction going on at the property, made parking a hassle. 2. Wish the hotel shuttle van could've extended hours for New Year's Eve. 3. The room next to ours was blaring loud music off & on all night, till morning hours. The hotel staff was great!

Great stay

Very nice hotel. Convenient location just off the interstate. Clean room, comfortable bed, and good breakfast. They have a shuttle that takes you downtown, so that's a plus. Would prob stay here again if in Nashville.

I didn't like that we had to pay for parking everyday as if it was a secured or special when it was not. Also the beds were really hard. Everything thing was great.

The bed was great, for a long time I do not see a great bed in hotels, and this one has the bed ever. The breakfast was ok, shower excellent. overall a great hotel.

It was conveniently located a couple miles from Nashville. Downtown, rooms were clean, and the staff was very pleasant, the breakfast left something to be desired though, but on all it was a nice day.
