Chemical odor was oppressive.
There was a strong chemical odor in the hall and our room. It smelled like the component chemicals used to make fiberglass. I believe the odor was styrene. We probably should have asked for another room but we’re tired and did not.

I was extremely surprised this hotel was impeccable clean the service was excellent, but most of all the hotel is a beautiful hotel. Very close to shop restaurants and the Shuttle did not fail.

We always stay here when coming to Nashville area. It's convenient and consistent. They have a really nice breakfast. Buffet or order off menu. Their coffee is the only hotel coffee I can drink. Staff is friendly and accommodating. We left my daughter's Nintendo and tablet with chargers in the room this time. We were 15 min out when I realized it and called. They offered to ship or could have it at the front desk if I came back for it. So, your belongings are safe there as well. Love that the check out time is noon, so you don't feel rushed to get out either.
