This facility was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was a bonus. Our only issue was the construction noise coming from the adjacent property. Obviously out the control of HIE. If the building was not completely full, rooms on the other side would have been better for your customers.

Awesome location to downtown sites to see and visit. Some construction made location feel rough. Staff was exceptional and super helpful. Evening program was great fun - music from an emerging talent. Good value for the money.

Weekend getaway.
The sheets in the room where dirty only 1 out of 3 elevators work very inconvenient if they would of told us guess that they were broke we would have stayed somewhere different the valet and front desk people were very nice.
