Staff is very eager to please, very polite and friendly. The shuttle was most convenient to get downtown and back to the hotel (tipping is appreciated). The property could use an update but the rooms were clean; only disappointment was that there is no safe in the rooms to store passports and valuables. We had an issue with the smoke detector and the maintenance person was there to repair it within a couple of minutes! Well worth paying $1 more per day to have breakfast included: full breakfast bar. Not a luxurious hotel but it’s a great choice for the price. We would definitely stay there again.

Walkable to the centennial park and Parthenon museum. The hotel gave us free admission coupons which was great. Free shuttle to "broadway" which was a great per,. Hotel and staff were all extremely helpful and friendly. We had hot breakfast included with our room. You can also listen to up and coming musicians during supper dining but this was not included with rooms. Will definitely stay again.

Your average hotel stay. The room was very dark, and the bathroom was almost cave-like in how dark it was. Rooms are outdared. Bathroom especially. It was clean and convenient to downtown. Safe area, and the staff was nice.

We were in Nashville for a medical visit. We didn't know they had a shuttle that transports guests around the local area from 7:45am-11:45pm, but it was wonderful. A special thank you to the check-in person, Melissa, that told us about the shuttle and helped us arrange our rides. Room amenities were good, other than the lighting in the bathroom was too dim. There is a good restaurant with live music in the lobby. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Parking is extra, but we knew that in advance. I could see how the parking lot could fill up during big events such as a football game (the stadium is beside the hotel), but we didn't have a problem getting a spot for our stay. Due to their being a "marketplace" at breakfast, complimentary tea/coffee was not available in the mornings but we had early appointments so that wasn't an issue for us. I would definitely stay here again.

Room was dirty and the hotel is old and in need of upgrades, water pressure was poor and beds were very hard. I didn’t like the price of self parking for 30 dollars. Very steep! Prolly won’t stay at this location again. Neighborhood was nice and located close to spots we needed to visit during this trip.
