The Hyatt House is the “go-to” if you’re looking for a clean, comfortable place to stay that is located in a central area. There are no frills, but it’s affordable if your main goal is to be out and about, have a clean and comfortable place to sleep and shower, and a few amenities like continental breakfast and a fitness center.

The front desk staff was lacking. There were always 3 people at the desk but they were so oblivious to people and multiple guests during my 2 night stay were visibly irritated at their lack of attentiveness. One guy with a bunch of luggage was waiting there right in front of them as they were having their personal conversations and after a while he was like "is anyone going to help me check in? Ive been waiting here for a while and no one has even asked me if i need anything".. On my way back in the hotel, I notified the staff that I had ordered food for delivery and it was going to be dropped at the front desk. The woman said she'd call my room as soon as it arrived. I tracked it on UberEats and it was delivered so i went downstairs to retrieve it about 5 minutes after it was dropped off. As I got downstairs, the woman (who wasnt helping any guests) said she was just about to call me. Really? They were nice enough, but it wouldve been great if they were more hospitable. The room was clean but the floor to ceiling window (we are talking TALL ceilings) had an electric shade that wouldnt go all the way up and when it was down, the blaring light from the pool area illuminated the entire room. My fiance and I wanted to go sit outside on the pool deck but it was locked in the morning. We figured it was just too early so he asked the front desk "will you be opening the pool deck today?" And i kid you not, the only response he got was "no." No reason. No explanation.

Stayed at this property with my daughter for a graduation celebration trip. The property was very nice, and I liked the gym and morning breakfast. I was dismayed that the adjacent parking garage required a fee to enter/exit. I expected access to the garage to be included in the hotel cost. So that was a surprising and costly expense.

There was not enough room information to explain the TV working, information on the different facilities, accessible room had a bath tub instead of walk-in shower, broken shade, and drawers in kitchen area had to be repaired to open and close.

Nice room, not the best customer service!
Room was very nice but when I tried to pull the shade down on the window, the whole shade, rod, etc fell down on me! I explained this to front desk associate at check out & they just said, “sorry”. Customer service isn’t what it used to be! That particular window was not covered! Fortunately, we were on the 9th floor so others couldn’t easily see in, but it was still bothersome! The parking was $36 per day + tax!

Within walking distance of downtown nashville. Bar was never open when there, breakfast was mediocre. There was a problem with the lifts when we were there, it was solved within 24 hours. Thank you for the room upgrades xx
