I asked for a toilet booster and was told they couldn’t find it. When I suggested they ask to the other two Hyatts I was told that’s not going to happen. I had to use the lobby bathroom when I needed to go. Also was charged 3.75 for the market I never saw????

My husband and I had a great experience at this hotel. The room was clean and we enjoyed the indoor pool. Check in was quick and easy. We were only a short walk from Broadway, restaurants and bars. It was a great stay and we will definitely be returning.

Great place for downtown Nashville
The hotel was pretty conveniently located in downtown Nashville. It’s just a couple blocks away from Broadway. The breakfast was good and I enjoyed the gym for a workout. We would recommend this place for a stay in Nashville.

We stayed in room 429. You need to use a keycard or the app to use the elevator. This provides additional safety. I didn’t feel unsafe although the hotel is by some run down buildings. Despite this we enjoyed our stay. Staff was friendly although we did experience a delay at the in hotel H Bar due to only one person running the area. The food was good and the bartender was friendly. Our shower was a walk-in shower and it left the area outside the shower soaked so we had to clean it up with towels. I didn’t report this but it was a bit of a nuisance. The room was clean and had all expected amenities. We used the pool and it was a nice area. I was impressed with the work our area. Good equipment. Would recommend staying here. It was cheaper than other hotels in the area but I didn’t feel we were lacking anything. Great free breakfast too! Hot options available.
