When I went to the first room assigned to me it had not been cleaned and then had to go back downstairs and stand in line for 20 minutes to get another room. Please ask them to replace the flooring in the elevators, worn out and look really nasty

The breakfast staff are rude , not helpful ……it was 9 20am on the first morning we arrived for breakfast at 9am chose what we wanted then went back to get more orange juice at 9 20 am……I asked the person who was obviously packing things away , the orange juice had already been placed on a trolley……I asked for more orange …… I was told it was too late and she had a job to do !!! Clearing things away ……Many people were complaining , even the coffee machine was dry and no bread for toast ,…….

We tried to call in way in 3 separate times with no answer. Upon arrival no one still was at front desk and when finally located someone to assist us we were shushed as she was on her cell phone. We were asked to then verify payment with no greeting or explanation of property- we had to ask questions to get this basic information. Checking out Monday we had to search out a receptionist again to print out itemized bill. Breakfast was out of food by 9 am with full lounge of people waiting for restock. No one was at full bar working to take orders. The hotel lobby is horribly dirty - when we came back Saturday evening food traces on tables and floor from breakfast showed nothing had been cleaned since the morning. Staff overall seemed annoyed when had to respond to patrons. We were shocked by the quality of this hotel as being very familiar with Hyatt, this particular location is more like a Super 8 motel. We should have stayed at the Hampton next door or nearby Fairfield Inn.

Loved it! There was just this little surprise… a recently deceased bird that I accidentally stepped on. Gave me a scare and a crippling scream! I’m still giving this place a solid 5/5. I mean, how were they supposed to know that a deceased bird would take a detour right into my walking path in the dark?

The hotel its self was nice. It was clean and in a good area. But when it comes to assist no front desk help and after we checked in there was a charge attempt to my card that my bank blocked to protect account. As if that was not enough at the time of check out we were charged $8.00 a night for parking and other fees and taxes. The price we had to pay was much higher than what I booked for through Expedia. And if that wasn’t enough when we first checked in my card was only charged a $50 holding fee and at the time of check out this fee dint even come off of the balance owed. Needless to say I wasn’t very happy at all with the extra fees ..

Staff were not consistently service oriented - they were sometimes quite indifferent in attitude. Free transit service was quiet inadequate - ending at 4:00 means that it is really only a one way service for people who want to be out for the day. Pick points at the Opry Mills Mall were not defined so we missed them - drop off at Opry Mills mall were denied when advertised on the website.

This is a good basic hotel. However the breakfast is quite basic, and the shuttle to Opryland wasn’t always available. I would stay again if I was only looking for a clean place to sleep.

My Chihuahua approved.
Booked a stay to shop before going to the mountains on vacation. Pleasantly greeted by Dee at the front desk. She has fantastic customer service. The rooms we booked were nice. Price was fantastic and a nice breakfast was included. I will definitely stay here again when shopping at Opry Mills Mall.

There was no hair dryer in my room. Called the front desk and was told They would send one up to me. I never got the hair dryer.. When I checked into the hotel we were given incorrect information about the tour that was paid for and we missed the tour. .

Room was never cleaned during stay. Questionable cleaned prior to stay. Dirty glasses in room. One set of bed sheets were dirty on arrival. Room was located across from “kitchen”, where evening desk clerk would appear to be most hours after dark. Multiple times people would be yelling down hall for him, disturbing my rest. Would not choose to stay here again unless it was only option and for a short one night stay. Outside of hotel was not as it appears in pictures. Rundown and difficult parking lot to navigate.

Stay away from this filthy hotel
This hotel was so dirty and disgusting that we actually ended up booking another hotel after we had checked in because my family didn’t want to stay there. I ended up wasting over $800 on a hotel that was poorly managed, dirty and offer horrible and disrespectful service. Had we not checked in already I would have tried to cancel. Do not stay here.
